I'm 65 y/o and I still find this woman amazing. A voice the likes of we will never hear again. She and I were about the same age and I was always in awe of her and I can never get enough of her. Only later did I find out that she was a Lesbian. This brought her even closer to me as I am also a Lesbian. Joined at the heart forever, Dusty!

What an enigma.  That voice is so powerful and so fragile at the same time.  One in a century.  Incredible Dusty forever.

Everyone loves "Son Of A Preacher Man," but this song really captures what Dusty is all about. That urgent, husky longing in her singing--in this song, especially--has few if any serious rivals.
