It was recorded back in 1983 & is on the re-mastered 2 disc version of Paul's first album - "No Parlez".

This was not a cover. When TFF wrote this song.. the record company almost had Paul Young release it instead of TFF. Am quite glad that didn't happen.

To those who think Tears for Fears' version is better that Paul's rendition of the song, Paul didn't use live video, no g l a m o u r b o y video shots, no back ground, no background story, no drama video, no multiple synthesizer sounds, no extra hype, he just sings the song a simple music background to get the focus on the song, the auditory instead of auditory dubbed with ongoing visual stimulation. So how can you compare when two different presentation approaches have been generated?
