Forgot how much I like Phish. Listened to them all the time in high school and my early 20's, during my handmade patchwork clothing days. That's literally all I wore, patchwork pants and those apron patchwork tank tops. I'm 37 now, I miss those days.
The same thing happened to me, although I was the drunk driver, and the CD I left behind was Metallica's Black Album. Ahh, the memories. They're gone, because I was drunk and don't remember much beyond those details.
How I found Phish...literally. Back in the heyday of illegal file sharing, I was looking for a song by Train called Free. The track I downloaded was called "Free" but their was no band tag. I was pleasantly surprised when I played the track because it was this very song. I own Billy Breathes and it's one of the best pure listening experiences I've found.
i only ever buy Phish Food Ben & Jerry's. it is my favorite ice cream. i figured i should probably listen to the band and not just eat their spin-off flavor. i like what i hear.
