My dad and Charlie Hayward were close buddies in high school, ive gotten the pleasure of meeting not only charlie, but also his brother Bubba. Charlie is an amazingly sweet and nice man, he is very talented and I never knew that it was him playing bass until years later after he had came over to the house and seeing him in burger joints in town. It is so crazy to think and know my dad and charlie were in a band together as teenagers and hung out every day after school, let alone me coming to the realization that I have met that man more times than I can count and It blows my mind that I got the honor of knowing him when i was little.

After this hit dropped the band could afford a keyboard player with two arms.
