On a clear day, rise and look around you
And you’ll see who you are
On a clear day how it will astound you
That the glow of your being outshines every star
You’ll feel part of ev’ry mountain, sea, and shore
You can hear from far and near a world you’ve never heard before
And on a clear day, on that clear day
You can see forever and ever more
You’ll feel part of ev’ry mountain, sea, and shore
You can hear from far and near a world you’ve never heard before
And on that clear day, on that clear day
You can see forever and ever and ever and ever and ever and evermore!
Hey guys don't complain just cause someone posts "Breaking Bad brought me here." It's a lovely song and those people who posted were interested to look up what the song was called and appreciate the music.
I grew up listening to the Peddlers, my father who passed away on the Friday just gone used to come home from a hard days work and wash the tracks down with a large scotch and coke, blasting it out with no care about the neighbours lol. The tracks are burned into my memory! Try a track called The lost continent, or Stormy Weather, My Way, or Who can I turn to, or Girlie etc etc etc
Breaking Bad has been over for months and months but all of the songs and the show itself are still under my skin. Greatest television series of all time.
On a clear day
Rise and look around you
And you will see who you are
On a clear day
How it will astound you
That the glow of your being
Outshines every star
You'll feel part of every mountain
Sea and shore
And you can hear
From far and near
A world you've never heard before
But on that clear day
On that clear day
You can see forever
And ever
ever more
You'll feel part of every mountain
Sea or shore
And you can hear
From far and near
A world you've never heard before
On that clear day
Oh, on that clear day
You can see forever
And ever
Ever more
I seriously can't be the only one thinking that the meth cooking scene with this song in Breaking Bad was better than the one using "Crystal Blue Persuasion".
