hello to all. I have been listing to the shadows for a long time . and now im 51 yrs old . my kids hate it when I have tme playing . my wife of 29 yrs  still dance to them , and drive our kids nut. just thought I would share , hoping to all a great time in live . some times you just have to dance  

Anyone who doesn't love the shadows doesn't have a inkling what music is...xxx

God,this powerful,evocative music made me cry. I'm a man of a certain age, and it brought back memories of the happy times of my childhood, and the lovely people that I have known, who are no longer with us.

Mike Oldfield does a very fine cover on his album QE2. Wonderful Land must be one of the most beautiful guitar melodies ever written.

Just played this as entrance and exit music at my Dads funeral he loved them

When I was about 5 I had my first musical moment when my grandad put this on his hifi and it stopped me dead! Now I have a Music BA!

To think these lads were only in their early twenties, and be able to create music like this.

I'm 44 and my dad played the Shadows every day. He played guitar in band during the 60's. I love this sound.
