I was very lucky to have gotten to know these guys back in the hey day early 90's when the goth scene blew up with the help of Cleopatra Records. I was lucky to work with them and interview them in my old zine etc. Great band from the new school of goth in the 90's if you call it that. A+++ Fun Times!

A lot of Wake songs especially on Nine Ways sound almost exactly like early Sisters. Vocals sound virtually identical to Eldritch.. Not a bad thing...

To be honest-there was never any real sense of unity in the goth scene...apart from gathering at clubs-most of them never wanted to know each other-lol
