I'm a guy and he was a man's man. I see why women loved him. Good looking guy. Such a smooth unique voice. With his 26 number 1 hits and not in the CM HOF? I feel sad. He was sadly swept under the rug. So talented. Song writing, singing. Looks. He had it all. Charming and charismatic. Good songs that could be country/pop. Gone way to soon. Hope you're in a better place Eddie! :(

I remember when this song came out. around 1979. Eddie caught me on this song though I'm primarily an R&B sister, but I always feel music transcends barriers where they are some. my dad would say when this song airs, if you feel that way, you don't need her.
