I'm legit crying right now. Ivan's music speaks volumes to me. My parents, my brother were all aggressive yelling at me making me feel like total shit yesterday to the point that I didn't want to be alive anymore. I feel like a burden and I let them down for not becoming the person they wanted me to be. It hasn't been the first time I had a family crisis.
Ivan saved me one year when I was on the edge. Instead of going through with another suicide attempt. I chose to lie down and listen to his music. I'm very thankful for this amazing artist.

It upsets me that people think bad of metal and rock because of the stereotype of it being satanic. That's only in a couple cases, bands like 5FDP put a lot of meaning into their music and people judge it while they're listening to music about sex and drugs and us metal fans are the evil ones? What opened my eyes to how short life is was in Afghanistan. I was friends with a E6 Blackhawk crew chief. I ran into him in Kandahar and caught up. 2 days later his Blackhawk went down killing everyone on board. Knew him for 3 years...remember life is short cherish it..
