A massively underrated talent

First saw GP in 1977 when Southside Johnny and The Asbury Jukes supported. One of the best gigs I ever saw. Got tickets to see Graham later in the year in Glasgow. Great talent and delighted he is still touring.

I do believe Graham Parker is the most underrated singer and writer in rock history, he has written and sung so many incredible songs. Such a brilliant artist supported by one of the greatest bunch of musicians ever seen on a stage.

Since retro is gaining momentum, I wish Aussie TV would do a late night music program of classics. In fact I don't understand why one of the major free to air stations doesn't dedicate a digital channel purely for music videos.
