Helen Kane was stunning. Although the roaring twenties was a bit ago the music was better than the shite they churn out today. No voice correction boxes - AutoCue etc, you could either sing or you couldn't. Cheryl Cole would have got shot in a speak easy!

One of the best of the twenties. "Beware of stocks and bonds" is wise and funny in that the song was released the year of the market crash of 1929 (and I know that it was not really funny for it was the beginning of the Great Depression).
