BACK IT UP ON THIS BEAUTIFUL SATURDAY MORNING LYING IN MY BED RELAXED YOU DIDN'T KNOW THAT I WAS SEEING SOME ONE ELSE I'M HEADED OUT TO LAUREL MISSISSIPPI THIS AFTERNOON NO NEED IN CRYING OVER SPILLED MILK I'M FINE THANKS TO MY GOD AND I'M BLESSED O.K.
When you are hurt to the point where you can't breath that's when you know you've been hurt Lord knows your not only hurt you've lost trust in that person and when you have no trust there's nothing left.
Orale, this pain, can make you do foolish things, but like all things it's choices, pain can make you or break you. Awesome artist. Especially the voice. Laying down the poetry.
This song brings back memories of summer BBQ with the family and the kids running around. While to adults sat and drank beer, playing spades, laughing and talking! Those were the days. R.I.P. to a great soul singer
J. Blackfoot is a little known artist, at least by me...I can only remember one song by this artist and that one is Taxi...I've never heard any of the other songs he might have sang...I've missed out and I'm playing catch up...Little did I know that he sang lead with the Soul Children, who I have heard of...Great vocalist, musician, and all round artist...
I was with a very beautiful young lady everything was going smooth for once in my life I had a good woman then when my brother came into town he was snooping around with her behind my back. I came home and caught them and I was mad I shot my pistol and he tried to run but her she was scared I asked her why she couldn't say nothing so I pistol whipped her ass until she told me why. I said did it have to be my brother when you knew I love you. I stood on the sidewalk and cried until the pain was gone now I'm a single man I told my brother if I ever see him I would end his life he never came back to South Carolina I stood there with tears in my eye cause I almost killed my brother I'm a changed man now
