definitely the best of the series i love them all but volume 2 resonates deeply...they should have made a studio album....Hiram just owns this...i love his balance of pretty and dark...his distorted solo is one of my favorite of all time...i never care to learn note for note solos but this one i had to...its fucking brilliant!! and Jaco...kills as always

I was told these recording came from a regular gig in NYC at a Steakhouse. Does anybody happen to know the name of the place?

One thing I always wondered: Around this same time or perhaps a little after, Sting recorded his version of Little Wing, with Hiram and Woody... but instead of going with Jaco on bass, went with Mark Egan. I'm wondering if Jaco was ever considered for the recording, or if he was back to his old ways by that point.

Love Hiram`s dark interpretation. This is probably the closest Jaco gets to playing heavy rock. Great rendition of a classic Beatles tune. Mia Farrow`s sister (Prudence) would love this version.
