saw this performance 1974 when I was 16 in the first concert I went on my one. Leo was the opening act to a Roxy Music gig in the Viennese Konzerthaus. What an awesome evening, I will never forget.

Your not on your own, As a young teenager i thought Leo Sayer was a bit of a joke with his silly costumes........But as I grew older I came across his music again and realised what a genius the man is. Yes Roger Daltreys version of giving it all away is good but now when I listen to the man that wrote it singing it I realise what a fabulous voice he has . Leo you are a Legend

I'm sorry to say that I didn't appreciate Leo when we had him. I was 13 and knew everything. Of course I did. Leo was a "chart" person, along with the likes of The Bay City Rollers, et al. I am appreciating him now and I think a Glastonbury Festival would not not be out of turn. I think that the costumes he wore didn't do him any favours, it was difficult to take him seriously. I was 13, what did I know? Except everything. I am appreciating him now. Better late than never. Better than not being there at all.
