It's interesting...my first exposure to Letta's music.as a young student in England,in 1969,a West Indian Jamaican friend of mine suggested to me that coming from Botswana,I should be hooked on Letta's music.to which,I ignorantly replied "Letta who?"..ha ha ha ha!I honestly,at that time ,had never heard about a South African singer named Letta.well, the very next day,he brought along an LP of Letta's music.....and the rest is History....not only was I enlightened on who Letta was,I was also hooked on her!to this day,I love her music,& it also has a special meaning to me ,because it always brings back memories of that day in 1969(..."Letta who?"...ha ha ha).thank you Letta for the music.
Great stuff. Brilliant. There was also a song that went like. She keeps on knocking at my door. please please please. dont talk of me no more .

Don't remember when I first heard this song play on radio, but it was in the 80s. I loved it and was lucky to hear it again play on radio. That is how I ended up here. I am sure if it were released today, it would win awards. This lady was decades ahead of time. Thanks for uploading
One of the hits of 1972 in our part of the world. I was a primary school kid then but it's one song that received lot's of airplay and everybody's favourite.
