When APC's eMotive first started making it's piracy debut via torrent, Living Syndication's "Choke" was included and labelled as A Perfect Circle as the artist.
It may have been an incredibly stupid mistake, and LS fans usually get in an uproar about it, but in the end it got LS a lot of good exposure with APC listeners. With similar vocals and musical styles, it's not a huge leap to make, and a lot more people probably enjoy Living Syndication now instead of being completely oblivious to them.

This is the wrong album listed for this version. Seems like this one is off of Om Factor, not Aneurythm. The Aneurythm one sounds pretty crappy in comparison.
