My interpretation of the symbology, for those who may have missed it:
The platform they're standing on represents the Earth; the circle of life; or vicious circles. The synchronized dancing represents Culture and acceptance. The boy in red never dances like the other three at the start. When he grabs the arm of the oppressor and stands up for himself, the mood changes. Of all the parts, I love this part the most. Everyone begins rebuilding their culture (via the disjointed dancing) to accommodate the shared future (represented by the silver suits).

This track sounds like a record that has suffered from heat damage, as if it was abandoned in the desert. With the repeating and the pitch changes. It's absolutely brilliant. One of my favorite summer songs.

If I'm understanding this video correctly, at first they do not accept the boy for breakdancing and breaking norm, then later come to embrace it after he stands up for it and they realize it's not that bad. "The youth are starting to change"
