Today is saturday, 26. of January 2019.
My dog was put to sleep this morning. He was with us only 8 months and he was only 10 months old. He was feeling a terriblle pain and there was no help because the vet said it was a brain disease. He wasn't just a dog, he was my little brother and I loved him like he was human. I woke up and my mom said he's gone. I didn't even had a chance to say goodbye. I love you forever my little one and this song will be your song from now on. Everytime I sing it I will think of you and I will be proud. You were everything to me and you still are. May the angels guide you on your way.

what i think it means: it's a chant casting a spell on those who fall asleep, specifically on pure souls (more specifically children), in order to protect their bodies keeping the bad evil spirits away as their souls roam while they sleep.

When listening to this song, I'm imagining a single homeless mother caressing her child to sleep in an empty alleyway, crying, knowing that tomorrow is her death.. And then she looks up the moon, while drifting to sleep with her child.

A mother lays on the ground of the battlefield, her children in her sight. Tears in their eyes, they run into her embrace. They begged her to hold on; not to leave them, but she only smiled as she held their hands. "My children, my sweet children. My time has come. I've lived for far too long, and now, I shall join my ancestors." She says, before pulling them closer. They cried into her arms, before their ears caught the sound of her song. And with that, she drew her final breath, a smoke in the cold wind fading into nothing.

I cried hard. and i sang this song for her that day. Now everytime i play this song, i cry while singing. i miss her.
