Well, I feel depressed, I feel so bad now
'Cause you’re the best girl that I ever had, now
I can’t get no love, I can’t get satisfaction
Uh! Little girl, psychotic reaction
And it sounds like this
Well, I feel so lonely night and day
I can’t get your love, I must stay away
Ooh, I want you girl, by my side
Uh! Little girl with the lovin' inside
I can’t get your love, I can’t get an itty-bitty fraction
Uh! Little girl, psychotic reaction
Yeah, because the CRAMPS weren't INCREDIBLY ACTIVE in the early NYC Punk scene at all...I think you are in your 20's and have no idea about NYC PUNK. Hardcore? I laugh, I laugh! LUX POR VIDA!!!
The CRAMPS embodied and celebrated everything that was great about American music, art, photography, fashion, cars, and pop culture in general. Lux and Ivy were trendsetters without ever becoming trendy themselves. They were the nucleus of one of the greatest rock and roll bands the United States could lay claim to; always true to their sound, vision, showmanship, and most of all - their loyal fans. They lived the American dream without any strings attached, or apologies given or implied.
What I Love about the Cramps is that if they are slightly out of tune it only serves to enhance the effective edginess that would destroy a lesser band.
Never knew a band that could produce so much energy, and they’re music will live on forever. Now America has Justin Bieber and Katy Perry... so depressing
