Oh please, the beat is somewhat similar. Look at Afi- Girls not Grey and Aiden - we sleep forever. Aiden rips off the intro and the lead singer of AFI's attire. listen to the first 20 seconds of we sleep forever and Girls not grey. Point is all bands rip each other off. This is a subtle nod to Muse.

I'm not sure how this is ripping off Muse's song "Madness" at all. I mean, I can hear a similar beat, but the lyrics aren't even the same. Neither is the melody. NO SONG is original. No piece of artwork or story is ever original. We ALL get inspiration from somewhere and Tokio Hotel has done the same. Not to mention that there are plenty of other songs out there that sound similar but they never meant to. The same goes with books. I love Muse, I do. But come on...
