During the 70s as a youthful and spirited teen, I slept with headphones the size of tractor tires attached to my rock-loving ears. This kept my parents from pounding on my bedroom door hollering, "Debbie, turn that racket off!" I heard this mystical, heart-aching love song for this first time in 1977, which awakened me from a sound sleep and I've not been the same. Ah, to be 17 years old again if only for the 7 minutes and 40 seconds "Love to Love" played that life-altering night.
