They all were there, the court was full
The king beside his queen
His love was cold, the fool will dance
For her 'till end of time,
The queen is in love,
The queen is in love.
She couldn’t help her burning heart,
And now he’s burning too.
Their love was blind,
They will dance until the end of time.
Queen is in love
Queen is in love
The furious king now has learned
He sentenced them to burn.
Forever one,
They are joined in death eternally
Queen is in love
Queen is in love
Over dosed on 16 hits of acid at yngwies concert in Laporte, Indiana back in the 80s, died 3 times, but made it through!
The things I seen while it all happened ..(ILL NEVER TELL ANYONE)
One of my favorite Trilogy songs and his best guitar solo on the album (other than the Trilogy opus). The way the solo speeds up at 1:57 when he rips into the sweep arpeggios is like so cool. Great emotional solo, amazing technique, and killer blues tone!
I love singing along to older heavy metal when singers used to sing melody and harmonies to killer guitar tracks where there were no whiny singers, no girls crying, no crying about it songs, no cookie monster toilet bowl growls just great feelings with that hard and heavy edge. yeah! Don't get me wrong, I like a lot of growly death and black metal, but miss good old metal singing. I can't do power metal, I just never got into horse back riding that much or feeling so tada all of the time...ha,ha.. so there. Great tune!
Trilogy was the first Malmsteen album I bought back in 2000 I think. Second one was Fire and Ice. To this day, they remain my favourite ones. Great memories.
