Every time I hear this song, I can't help but think that, if the Cocteau Twins and the Pet Shop Boys had collaborated on a project back in 1985, it would have sounded something like this.
I've never heard a song quite like this. I have been depressed, suicidal even and listening to this song has made me think twice, pulled me out, make me want to life life and breathe the air around me, fall in love, run the fastest I can, dance to this time forever, get drunk, make wrong decisions, make right decisions, be someone yet no one. And its just this one song. Thank god for music and mostly, good music like this.

This song brings me back to a golden period in my life I will always hold onto. Someone special I laughed, smiled, and cried with. It sums up everything I felt everyday for nearly five years and still feel when I think back. It feels like that slow nervous buildup trying to get out awkward words, gestures, and action all resulting in a moment that seemed to make everything else in the universe seem so insignificant and slowed. I hope this song touches a special spot in more peoples hearts, and when you are at a low point, I hope this song helps pull you up and out of cold darkness and into warm light.
