That's what I like... I found the song from 1932, but it was not what I am searching for. This sounds better. But what I really like is the song from 1927. I have the record in my cellar but no device to Play it... :(

I had to have this song because it could possibly be the worst song I've ever heard! I love it!

This is the song Mark Knopfler references in Sultans of Swing, he requested this song from the dixie jazz band who inspired Sultans, they didn't know it apparently

The comedian harmonists version is the coolest because the only instrument is a piano and their voices. It’s a super cool version

Adelaide was very discerning. Off the cuff, pianists in her records include Elington, Joe Turner, Fats Waller ... please remind me others, even Tatum once?

I've always found this song evocative of a lush sensuality; very sexy. No matter what version I hear.

My grandfather Nat Leslie was the arranger for The Creole love call 1931.  He was also Duke Ellington's main arranger when he performed on the road.
