This is, I think, one of the greatest blues performances of all time. The vocals are incredible--and so is the guitar work. Elmore is generally known as the King of the Slide Guitar. I agree with that estimate. After all, just listen to the brilliance of his break here. But I think that his vocals were even greater. He absolutely sells it, each and every time.
