I love this era of rock n roll.. You had psychedelic, bubblegum, Motown, folk music, and "garage rock." It wasn't unusual to hear a Frank Sinatra tune mixed in the radio play. That was AM radio in the 1960s. I'm glad I grew up then.

In this instance, The Ohio Express were actually The Rare Breed, John Freno on lead vocal. Super K Productions, i.e. Jerry Kasenetz & Jeffrey Katz, remixed The Rare Breed's original single and re-issued it as the first Ohio Express single. The Ohio Express was terribly underrated by my generation in the 1960s. The band's music is great but at that time there was a heck of a lot of competition. It was a wonderful decade.
