I doubt it, because I don't think ANY player who's ever lived is up to Yngwie's picking. I'm not a huge fan of Yngwie's music -- what he does is so narrow that I can only take it in small doses, but that's the very reason he does it better than anybody else.
whats really cool about this is seeing Steve playing Yngwie's stuff adding his own touches without straying to far from the original. He seems to be respecting Yngwie's staunch fans. Its also interesting to see what guitars he was playing before the Ibanez sposorship
