I don't know but I truly pray and wish that Aretha found her Angel. She has brought so much joy to Our World and it's truly not fair at all that this Angel may not have found a true Love to spend her older age with. But many Men are very insecure to have a Woman such as Aretha , a woman whom is loved the whole world over. I thought it was me but this song brings me to tears.  It just makes you realize no matter how strong you are everybody needs a genuine soul in their lives to love them just as hard you love.  We all need good people in our lives regardless if its a man/woman in your life or just the everyday people/friends in your life . And since all this is so hard to find now days, hearing it in such a  beautiful song just...makes you think

Still my favorite of hers! I was a kid from the suburbs in 1973 when I was bused back and forth into the city as part of school desegregation and that was a tense time for all of us 12-year-old kids - black & white. I remember a difficult, rainy morning on my way to the school on that bus, looking out through the drops on the window when this song came on the bus radio and it uplifted my mood so much. I will never forget that. :-)
