People sat at the table for dinner. Having home parties &.no fighting. Teenagers respected their elders. Girls didn't dress slutty. More kids finished school. Of course, ppl weren't perfect. I guess ppl stayed on the down low. They mostly drank beer or smoked cigarettes. Food wasn't so high nor was rent

I remember when I was in my early teensin 76 my neighbour woman in her early twenties use to play this song over over and over again, obviously meant something personal to her.
