I was in my garage when I first heard this song. Luckily, the DJ said who it was and I wrote "Chris Duarte" in chalk on the floor. Bought the CD the next week. Years later, my friend who knows Chis takes me to see him in a funky venue in Long beach, Ca. So got to meet him and he put on a great show. He'd arrived with just his band in two vans. We helped him tear down and pack up. He thanked me profusely and signed my CD. Great player and one cool dude.
