I never figured that if I had children while married that one would pass away at an early age (19). My son was good and I miss him and when I see his picture on my wall now the tears just come like the Florida rainy season (Heavy). So, in closing, I wish all parents out there that they take a minute out of their tight schedule and tell them how much you love them and mean to you. Sorry for dragging this on, but the song made me think of my Joshua who passed in 2009.
This was an era in music that is unheard of today; This is great Rock 'n' Roll; our kids missed out on an era of some of the greatest songs ever made; the ballads were outstanding; 70s/80s/90s/. Then the music died; MTV SOLD OUT to the worst music ever heard. For the exception of yet going Jon Bon Jovi!!! I liked Lita Ford..... And so many others, like the late, Marie Fredriksson....
Born summer of 1978 - was listening to this from my dad listening and even though I like Hip hop I still rock this old school rock n roll all the time. My wife thinks am weird because she is younger then me but she don’t understand and never tried to listen to it. Rip Mom and Dad
Damn I feel old old and bored outta my mind with this current situation. I remember the days when things were cool lot less problem s with the world. I remember when MTV actually played music anybody else remember those days? If you see this God Bless you and I hope your doing Great!!!!
There will never be any music, as good as the 80's!!! This song takes me back to when I was a teenager.. I loved Cinderella, and all of the hair bands..... I wish today's music was half as good. But sadly it's not.
We need more song's like this one specially in this difficult times of the Covid-19.Very true message but another rock great ballad is "Through The Rain" by Cinderella as well.
When I first heard this song it was with my mother. She asked it be played at her funeral. She passed 3 months ago. It was played for her and it has a new meaning for me.
