Boring. I lvove the song by Peerless Quartet and by American Quartet. This is just horrible

I love this song.. Not just because my dad was singing vocals... Claude Thornhill put out some wonderful music. My children are 3 generations later...and still, they appreciate this REAL music. They also plan on continuing to expose this music to thier "now" peers. Trumpet Sax Flute and piano. All thanks to being able to be exposed to such beautiful music such as this at a very young age. Keep it going!!

Indeed I do know Red Norvo- his band helped me through high school. this song turned 70 last week.

And what an era! been listening to your dad and Claude thornhill since i was a teenager..i was born in 1989 so i was never able to hear all of my favorite big bands and their singers. sorry to hear of ur dads passing. he will live on every time i spin one of my old records..which is daily. god bless.

Oh! That's wonderful that you appreciate this kind of music too! My Dad sang with many other bands too- while under the cover of darkness. He was only 18 and his dad was SO against the idea of his son singing! Are you familiar with Red Norvo? Some great songs there too sang by my Dad...
