Age 74 here (going on 12 the wife says) and I shall always be grateful for growing up in the generation that I did. I will forever call it a time of innocence. As my time winds down I am grateful for each and every day. Did we ever have great music. Thank you God.

I was working in Oman in 2006. We had these guys on the crew from South Africa. They were great guys and worked hard. One night in the crew bar someone put in the CCR Chronicle Album and the South Africans lit up like light bulbs. They all wanted to know who this " new " band was. Us Americans had a good laugh before explaining to them that Creedence was not new. They all wanted a copy of the disc to take home with them.
