this is actually a re-recording that she did of this song when she went to ABC records in 1965. They did release this as a 45 also and tried to get it to be the hit it was in 57 but it didn't go anywhere - this is why this is a little faster than the original.

They don't make 'em like this anymore & that's a sad thing.

You are right there is a differende between this version and the original recording on Della's 2nd album with the same title from the 50's.

My favorite song of all time.  It's the only 45 record I still own.  Tears when I hear
