okay. My interpretation of this video (because there's barely any English comments)
the girl was a caring and gentle person. She wanted to help people and did so the best she could, but the world is a dark place and she found this out by the people around her being cruel in reaction to her kindness.
After realizing that the world is a dark horrible place she broke. the dark blue tears represent the darkness she sees, and she spreads that because shes given up on any good in the world. when the boy meets her he noticed she's broken and helps her clear away the darkness (the dark blue tears) so that she can see the good in the world again. the second time she cries its regular tears because this time she's crying because she regrets letting such darkness consume her.
