I found this album in my dad's old boxes and love the vocals. Is this really Peter Prescott? I can't find much info on this band, and the other Peter Prescott stuff sounds awful to me.

This was Ray Fenwick's project (Ian Gillan Band, Butterfly Ball, Wizard's Convention). As expected we get very clean and polished versions of Smoke on the water, Whole lotta love, White room, etc. Cozy Powell sounds uninspired on this album and it's hard to believe that this is the same drummer from the Rainbow records. It's the vocals by Pete Prescott & Barry St-John that make it all worthwhile and I really love "Shine it on me" and Del Shannon's "Runaway" played à la Bonnie Raitt.
