The album design does denote urban decay at it's worst. The song itself is not about urban decay. It's about a girl & vocal wordage doing a good job of hiding the inner intent of the song. I was responsible for the album cover & thought it to be a good double entendre in the visual sense. Bottom line the song is about having the hots for a girl. The question is who is Jungle Rot. That answer should be left for George to tell if he choses.
