I think this is really cool as a comeback statement. It being 74 is the new 24 is just referencing Giorgio himself (he was 74 when he released the song, 24 when he started his music career) and with the album called Deja Vu, it's like he's saying "I'm back and better than ever before".

Ahhh, the feeling of finding the song that you have always liked but have never heard before.
