I love this! I grew up listening to a radio station M105 in Cleveland, OH in the 70's and they played this... it took me YEARS to find it b/c I never knew who sang it. What a genius he was!

This music sounds like a Muppet band.. lol... BUT I LOVE IT... and I loved his live performance in the Stiff documentary. There are a couple of books out there now too about Ian. I want to read it. This is still great stuff.

this only sold about 850000 copies as a single. then ian dury made an announcement that there would only ever be 1 million copies. the last 150000 got snapped up. he got his million copies and walked. :)
