A little bit of useless information: Sound engineers tried and failed to come up with the sound for the "unscrewing of the cylinder", one of the guy's had to pop to the toilet, passing a large cardboard tube propped up against a wall, he then grabbed the tube, with his mouth over one end of the tube he pointed the tube into the toilet bowl and made sounds from his mouth, adding echo to create the masterpiece.

I grew up listening to this album and then listened to this album on my road trip between Perth and Canberra a couple of months ago, a trip of over 3000km. This album is amazing for a road trip!!
I remember my dad playing the entire musical/Album in the car I was maybe 7 or 8 years old I was scared shittless thinking this could happen in real life

15 years old , my cousin gave me a loan of this album and said ' Matt, put the lights out , headphones on . I was spellbound , terrified and in total awe of what my ears were experiencing. It still has that effect at 53 years of age . Timeless .
When was a little kid, I remember my mother sticking a pair of over-ear-headphones on me and putting this on for me saying "you'll love it". The unscrewing of the cylinder was just about the creepiest thing I'd ever heard at that point.
