Thanks much for posting this Mathis song. When I was stationed on Okinawa in 1967, I had a phonograph in my room with every Mathis album in existence. For the 13 months I was on that god-forsaken island, I listened to every song on those albums probably 300 or 400 times. I learned all the songs by heart. Whenever I hear Johnny's oldies, fond memories return of laying in my bunk after a hard days work and chilling out to his marvelous voice and the unbelievably beautiful songs he chose to sing.

My loving husband passed away in 1989, but thanks to Johnny Mathis, this beautiful song and words which he sang for me, and my husband and so many of Johnny's romantic love songs will go on and on, forever.
