Seems like an odd pick, but it's too specific to be coincidence.

I know that this piece is called 'Calvaria' not 'Cavalria', but I cannot help but imagine this piece as fitting for a cavalry march, stern-browed, steel clad knights, swords drawn, slowly but unstoppably advancing and cutting down those who stand in their way.
At least, given the mood of the music, that seems more fitting than Jesus' crucifixion upon Calvaria (Latin for Golgotha).
