Exhausting Fire is a very solid ending of an album. Still, you can hear between the cracks throuout the album that the band was running out of ideas and was getting exhausted. Lot of the arrangements and structures felt like their old material, just revamped with a new tone and couple of new riffs. I think you can feel it too in the length of the tracks, mostly all short and often finishing abruptly. I still love this album since its their last and each time I’m listening to it I feel nostalgic already. Amazing band that will be missed.
