The title of the album is literally "?". Because search engines often ignore punctuation marks, the album title is sometimes referred to as "question mark". It's a great album, by the way.

And then after all, with our backs against the wall We seek the temple of the living God. And outside the gate the cripples sit and wait To see the temple of the living God To see the temple of the living God Suffer, trespass, stranger redeemed Leviticus 21: 18 The blind, the lame, the flat nosed, superfluous Broken footed on burning sand The Priest, the seed, the blood stained hand The leper testifies and turns to dust And then after all, with our backs against the wall We seek the temple of the living God And outside the gate the cripples sit and wait To see the temple of the living God To see the temple of the living God Oblation, vows, the promise of faith Atonement, the wine, oil and cakes The sheep, the goats, acceptable in his eyes The maimed, the blemished, the scurvy scabbed The creeping things, the firstborn lamb Avail his presence in the house of sacrifice And then after all, with our backs against the wall We seek the temple of the living God And outside the gate the cripples sit and wait To see the temple of the living God To see the temple of the living God

I wouldn´t call this typical christian rock, it has the vibe and lyrical content. It is christian prog rock, as Neal Morse is a die hard christian! But nothing´s wrong with that, in the rock and metal community it can be a bit of a tabu, but it´s not, just like i don´t like when christians needs to tell agnostics or atheists that they are wrong and going to hell for not following the direct path of Jesus, as is the common christian opinion is the ONLY way! Rock and metal elitists should not tell that christian lyrics can´t be beautiful. This song and album is, very beautiful! And some of us none religious people, may miss out on something great, who knows. But for me, i like to be a free thinker and not tie myself to a specific religion, and i think that that is the common feeling in many agnostics thinking and feelings about religion

Its "?" (Question mark) the Symbol. Not the Words...
