Very different flavor than the first song. Looking forward to this release. I want to comment on something here... People need to stop conning the term "Risecore" because it is very very unintelligent. Rise Records specializes in a genre, yes metalcore, but let's compare a couple of Rise's new releases. Dance Gavin Dance's Acceptance Speech, Of Mice & Men's The Flood, Issues Self Titled, and Memphis May Fire's No Ordinary Love. The only thing those albums have in common are clean and unclean vocals and a couple chugs. One band has rock and nu metal songs, one band has a DJ and RnB singing, one band is progressive rock and post hardcore, and one band has orchestral arrangements, and southern rock inspired riffs. Theres a lot going on at Rise. Even the new signees are diverse. Open your mind, its a "genre" and you don't have to like it, but the excessive negativity is not needed.
