i was like number 600. the needle lies is a true story, and yes iam speaking from experience iam a former heroin and oxycotin user, i wasent much of a shooter i mainly snorted them. this song tells the truth about heroin, sometimes i miss it but i havent taken any opiods which is heroin or painpills.

The lyrics in this song are some of tates best.cold and cut with the blade that left me in scars now every time I'm weak words scream from my arms. Absolutely brilliant!
