Should check out the full documentary on netflix streaming available now. It's a tough subject. What to do. I feel for the people, but there are plenty of US citizens, who came here legally, who can't get a job. I don't see how taxpayers can support retiring "boomers" AND give legal status to people who brought this situation upon themselves by breaking law and coming here. People can afford thousands of dollars for a smuggler, but can't use that money to come here legally like my exchange student did and my grandmother did? They didn't have money, and waited years to be approved after filling out stacks of papers and doing follow-up interviews with immigration to make sure the marriages were legit. Why can't the US hold everyone to this standard who wants to come here?
