I remember this song around 1960, I really liked it. It's been over 50 years since I have heard this, good ole rock & roll, oh Yea !!!

I wasn't born when this came out but GOD I LOVE ROCK N ROLL!!!

I had no idea this was a woman!!! I have been looking for this song since 1988, when I first heard it in "Dead Poets Society".

Wanda dated Elvis in 1955. He also recorded this song for the movie "Loving You" in 1957.

Not to mention, "The meat is on the stove, the bread's a-gettin' hot Everybody run, they got the possum in the pot" but I just did.

I remember growing up in Fairfax Oklahoma and on Saturday night going to Jumper's Roller Inn to listen to and see Wanda Jackson in the late 50's and early 60's. Now that is what I call growing up.
