I`ve seen these types of films before, this is what is known as a "Soundie" an early music "video" that played in primitive rear screen projection juke boxes that used a kind of 16 mm projector. This is a reissue. The original images and titles were printed backwards and reflected off a mirror in the juke box and projected right side up on a glass screen. The films cost 10 cents per view.
