I work on a hospital I deal with patients with physical issues and mental, like Alzheimers, I put Italian music to my Italian patients,. I make them smile, someone's moves their hands, someone's sing, their families member always say thank you to me but it's not me it's the music.
The cool part is when they call me Hey Spagnolo grazie !

Unfortunately I haven't been to Italy yet, so I don't this beautiful country yet.
I loved the scene in The Saprano's where they were working over the Rabbi and he told them how The Jews survived thousands of years and outlasted The Roman Empire, then asked them "where the Romans were today"? and Tony said "You're lookin' at em'"!!
No Italian wedding ever ended without this song being played and the elders up on the dance floor doing the tarantella with arms locked. Italian and proud!
